Scaled Background & Corrected Button

Hello everyone! 

I've corrected the intended behavior of the restart button when the player dies. Instead of going back to the menu screen it will restart the game from inside the main game scene. The background image was not scaling on different screen sizes so I've updated that to properly scale. 

I'll be exploring different options to adjust difficulty down the road. This has surely been a fun adventure!  Thank you all for your feedback and I look forward to more!
